1. Organizer: CHURCH & DWIGHT MÉXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V., located at Blvd. Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra 251, Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, 11520 Mexico City, CDMX.

2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Dynamic implies knowledge and acceptance of the terms, conditions, limitations, restrictions, disqualification criteria, mechanics (hereinafter, the "Terms and Conditions"), as well as the privacy notice and the irrevocable authorizations contained in this document. Likewise, such participation also implies submission to these rules and to the decisions of the Organizer.

The foregoing is understood to mean that any violation of these Terms and Conditions will result in the immediate disqualification of the person who has committed such violation or, where applicable, the revocation of the incentive and/or prizes, without liability to the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify at any time any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions, misleads, suggests, or engages in illegal practices in relation to this Dynamic.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify at any time that each of the participants complies with the eligibility conditions to participate in the Dynamic, being exempt from any obligation (including the delivery of the incentive or any other) to any person who has participated or attempted to participate in the Dynamic without complying with the eligibility conditions.

Participants agree that all decisions made by the Organizer, its legal or executive representatives, employees, affiliates, and/or subsidiaries on any matter related to the Dynamic shall be final.

3. Validity. The Dynamic will be valid from September 1, 2025, to September 17, 2025, according to the following schedule:

• Submission of proposals: from September 1, 2025, to September 9, 2025
• Selection of finalists: September 10, 2025
• Public voting: September 11 to 14, 2025
• Announcement of winners: September 15, 2025
• Execution of the Dynamic and awarding of the main prize (Happening): September 17, 2025.

4. Territory. The Dynamic will only be valid throughout the Mexican Republic.

5. Participants. All individuals who, in addition to accepting the Terms and Conditions, meet the requirements described below may participate in this Dynamic:

1. Are over 18 years of age on the date the Dynamic begins.
2. They reside within the Mexican Republic.
3. Are active users of Instagram with public accounts.
4. Follow the official social media accounts of OXICLEAN Mexico and influencer Alex Guizar "Soy Tu Alex":

   • OXICLEANMX on TikTok [https://www.tiktok.com/@oxicleanmx]
   • SOYTUALEX on Instagram [https://www.instagram.com/soytualex/]
   • SOYTUALEX on TikTok [https://www.tiktok.com/@soytualex]

EXCEPTION: The following individuals may not participate in this Dynamic:

• Employees, interns, or contractors of Church & Dwight México, S. de R.L. de C.V., as well as any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, or their immediate family members.
• Employees or any person who directly or indirectly collaborates with the agencies involved in the execution of this Dynamic, or their immediate family members.
• Content creators with the following levels of reach, taking into account the number of followers at the time of registration, according to the platform (Instagram/TikTok):
  • Nano influencers: 1,000 to 10,000 followers.
  • Micro influencers: 10,000 to 100,000 followers.
  • Macro influencers: 100,000 to 1,000,000 followers.
  • Mega influencers or celebrities: more than 1,000,000 followers.
  This restriction is intended to ensure a level playing field among participants and preserve the transparency of the Dynamic.

7. Mechanics. To participate in the Dynamic, you must meet the following requirements and follow the procedure outlined below:

1. Use an OxiClean brand cleaning product.
2. Record a video of your own creation showing the OxiClean product purchased and used responsibly on any surface. Participants must use the products according to the instructions and ensure that their comments are authentic, truthful, verifiable, and based on their personal experience.
   Likewise, in the video, they must nominate a public place they would like to see cleaned, justifying the reason for the nomination.
   The nomination should highlight public places in need of cleaning with a focus on social impact. For example: sports fields, parks, squares, etc.
3. During the period between September 1 and 9, 2025, the recorded video must be posted on Instagram social mediaincluding the hashtags #CleanCleanConOxiClean and #MiExperienciaConOxiclean in the text of the post.
   Participants may also post their video on TikTok social media following the same participation guidelines, with the only purpose of maximizing the visibility scope of its video regarding the Organizer and for the voting period detailed in point 8 of the Terms and Conditions.
4. On September 10, 2025, the Organizer, at its sole discretion, will select three (3) videos that comply with these Terms and Conditions, based on the following criteria:
   • Community impact of the proposed location.
   • Creativity, clarity, and sensitivity of the message communicated in the video.
   • Feasibility of its execution in terms of the safety of the people involved, accessibility, and any necessary regulatory permits.
   
   Users of the selected videos will be eligible to participate in the contest phase of the Dynamic.
5. On September 11, 2025, the Organizer will publish on its Instagram profile OXICLEAN_MX (https://www.instagram.com/oxiclean_mx/#) the three (3) videos selected to be voted on by any Instagram user as part of the contest phase of the Dynamic.

8. Contest. The period between September 11 and 14, 2025, will be considered the voting period for the selected videos. The Organizer will consider that a video has been validly voted on when a user decides to share the Organizer's post containing it by interacting with the icon shown below:

Based on the above, the number of users who have shared one of the three (3) videos posted on the OXICLEAN_MX Instagram profile will be equivalent to the number of votes that will be counted as valid in favor of the participant to whom that video corresponds, provided that these Terms and Conditions are complied with.

Interactions received by participants' videos outside the Organizer's official Instagram profile will not be counted as valid votes.

At the end of September 14, 2025, the voting period will be closed and the Organizer will proceed to review the number of votes each video received. The participant whose video has received the most votes will be declared the first-place winner; the participant whose video has received the fewest votes will be declared the third-place winner; the user who created the remaining video will be declared the second-place winner.

In the event of a tie, the video that has received the most likes () will be used as the deciding factor.

On September 15, 2025, the Organizer will announce on its official Instagram profile, OXICLEAN_MX, the place each of the participating users has been awarded, and they will be entitled to the corresponding prize.

9. Prizes. The prizes listed in the following table will be awarded only to the three (3) people who win the contest described in point 8 of the Terms and Conditions, according to the place they have obtained.

The Happening consists of the winning participant's nominated location being cleaned in the company of Alex Guizar and under the guidelines of the Organizer. The effective execution of the Happening is subject to the condition expressed in the penultimate paragraph of section 15 (fifteen) of the Terms and Conditions.
2nd (Second Place)	- 1 (one) Amazon gift card worth $5,000 MXN. - 1 (one) OxiClean Special Edition Product Kit. - Official merchandise from influencer Alex Guizar "Soy Tu Alex."
3rd (Third Place)	- One (1) Amazon gift card worth $2,000 MXN. - 1 (one) Special Edition OxiClean product kit. - Official merchandise from influencer Alex Guizar "Soy Tu Alex".

Each Special Edition OxiClean product kit includes:

• 1 (one) OxiClean 1.2kg
• 1 (one) OxiClean 620g
• 1 (one) OxiClean 200g
• 1 (one) OxiClean 110g
• 1 (one) OxiClean Max Force
• 1 (one) OxiClean Max Efficiency

Prizes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services. The Organizer does not offer any kind of guarantee on the prizes offered. The only guarantee that winning participants can claim on the prizes they are entitled to will be that offered by their manufacturers or those responsible to the general consumer public and outside the Terms and Conditions of the Dynamic.

10. Award Delivery. The Organizer will contact the winners to request their full name, phone number, email address, and mailing address in order to deliver the prizes, which consist of products or items.

Contact will be made via direct message on Instagram or TikTok. If any of the winning participants do not provide their information within the Confirmation Deadlines specified below, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify them and assign their place to the next in line.

Confirmation Deadlines

- For 1st (first) place: the response period will be 48 (forty-eight) hours only to confirm their participation in the execution of the Happening; the response period for prizes consisting of products or items will be 5 (five) business days.

- For 2nd (second) and 3rd (third) place: the response period will be 5 (five) business days.

The delivery of prizes will be coordinated in advance, indicating the date, place, and time for delivery or collection.

11. Restrictions. The Contest is subject to the following restrictions:

• Each participant may only enter once to the Dynamic, which means that each participant may only generate one video to link to their participation in the Dynamic. In the event that a participant publishes more than one piece of content, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify them.
• To be considered eligible, participants' videos must meet the requirements specified in the Mechanics of the Dynamic and be created with intellectual property and intangible assets to which they have valid rights, either as owners or authorized users.
• The OxiClean cleaning products that participants show in their videos must be used in accordance with the instructions and ensure that the comments are authentic, truthful, verifiable, and based on their personal experience.
• The Organizer reserves the right to validate the feasibility of executing the Happening in the public place nominated by participants in their video, considering the safety of those involved, accessibility, necessary regulatory permits, and other factors that could jeopardize the integrity of those involved.
• Videos that are posted on TikTok social media will have the only effect of maximizing the visibility scope of its video regarding the Organizer’s selection dynamic and for the catchment of voters.
• Interactions registered in the official Instagram profile of the Organizer (OXICLEAN_MX) will be the only ones considered as valid during the voting period.
• Participants who engage in dishonest practices or compromise the prestige or reputation of the Organizer will be disqualified. Dishonest practices include, but are not limited to, the use of bots (software designed to perform automatic tasks without human intervention), as well as any action that manipulates the results, fails to comply with the requirements of the Dynamics and/or transparency of the contest.
• Employees, interns, or contractors of Church & Dwight México, S. de R.L. de C.V., as well as any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, or agencies participating in the execution of this Dynamics, as well as their immediate family members, may not participate in this Dynamics.
• Persons who claim to be high-reach influencers, as specified in section 5 (five) of the Terms and Conditions, may also not participate in the dynamic.
• Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or any other product, item, service, or experience other than those expressly stated in the Terms and Conditions.
• The first-place prize does not include any medical coverage before, during, and/or after the Happening, so the beneficiary must have Major Medical Expense Insurance that covers any eventuality that may arise during or as a result of claiming and/or enjoying the prize, or, if applicable, assume the risk and cover the corresponding expenses.
• Prior to participating in the Happening, the 1st (first) place winner must sign an authorization for the use of their personal image and intellectual property assets in the audiovisual material generated for this purpose by the Organizer.

13. Modifications and Cancellation. This Dynamic may only be suspended, canceled, or modified by the Organizer, in whole or in part, in cases of force majeure, external circumstances that make its execution impossible, or by order of a competent authority.

Likewise, the Organizer may cancel the Dynamic if a repeated and widespread failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions by participants is detected, to the extent that such a situation represents a real and objective risk to the continuity of the Dynamic.

In the event of modifications to these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer will publish the updated version in the same media in which the Dynamic was disseminated.

Under no circumstances shall the cancellation of the Happening affect the Organizer's obligation to award the prizes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

14. Limitation of Liability. The Organizer, its affiliates, or subsidiaries shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm suffered by participants as a result of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, acts of third parties, and/or any other liability arising from participation in this Dynamic that cannot be directly attributed to the Organizer.

Neither the Organizer nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, or related companies shall be liable for any defect, failure, or event that prevents the enjoyment of the prizes to be awarded in the Dynamic. In such a case, participants must enforce the warranties provided by the manufacturers or those responsible for each of the prizes that will be awarded to the participants.

Neither the Organizer nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, or related companies shall be liable for any loss, damage, or harm suffered by participants as a result of unforeseeable circumstances, acts of God, force majeure, acts of third parties (such as the cancellation of a concert), and/or any other liability arising at the time the beneficiaries enjoy of any of the prizes.

The Organizer reserves the right not to award any of the incentives if it considers that:

1. Any of the requirements established to obtain the incentive have not been met.
2. The Terms and Conditions have been breached.
3. The details of the winning participants are false or incomplete.
4. Dishonest conduct is detected or there is any indication or reasonable grounds to presume its existence or any other illegal or unauthorized maneuver to benefit from the Dynamic.
5. Any of the circumstances described in the second paragraph of the section "Acceptance of Terms and Conditions" are updated.

In the event of detecting any dishonest conduct or reasonable suspicion thereof, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant from this Dynamic, to deny their participation in future activities or events held by the Organizer, as well as to take legal action against any of the participants who have committed such activity, and may attempt any and all legally applicable remedies or actions.

Participants release the Organizer from any claim, demand, or conflict brought by third parties that is caused by the unauthorized use of any intellectual property or civil rights, such as: protected works, performances, personal images of third parties, distinctive signs, and exclusive rights. In the event of any claim, lawsuit, or dispute in this regard, the participant involved understands that they will assume the legal responsibility that may arise.

15. Intellectual Property. Participants authorize the Organizer, free of charge and for an indefinite period of time, to use their:

• Personal image, which includes, but is not limited to, voice, physical features, as well as any other attribute and information that makes the participant identifiable as an individual, such as the participant's username on any social network.
• Works, performances, distinctive signs, exclusive rights reserves, and any other form of protection that is included in the video, content, or publication associated with Dynamic or posted on social media for the purpose of participating in it.

The use authorized by participants is limited to the intangible assets used by participants in the creation of their videos, in any of the protection figures above listed. Additionally, this authorization is limited to promotional purposes of the Dynamic, the Organizer, and OxiClean brands, in any of their variations available on the market. The scope of this authorization is granted for commercial use through any means of communication and without territorial limitation, meaning globally.

In light of the foregoing, participants agree to formalize this authorization in accordance with all requirements of applicable law, which may include the Federal Copyright Law and its Regulations, the Federal Industrial Property Protection Law, and the Industrial Property Law Regulations. Specifically, the participant who wins first place must formalize this authorization before the Happening takes place.

Participation in the Dynamic shall not imply under any circumstances or in any context that the Organizer transfers, licenses, or otherwise authorizes its intellectual property rights to participants, their representatives, or any third party.

17. Privacy Notice.

The Organizer, Church & Dwight Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V., located at Blvd. Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra 251, Col. Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11520, Mexico City, will process participants' personal data (including name, social media username, email address, telephone number, address, voice, and image) solely and exclusively for the following purposes:

• To manage their participation in the Contest;
• To contact the winners and deliver the prizes;
• Disseminate, by any means, the content and images generated as a result of the Dynamic; and
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions implies the participants' consent to such processing. The Organizer will take the necessary security measures to protect personal data.
